Return to the Mediteranean

After missing Santorini in 2015:

Bruce and I got to go back June of 2016

The city of Venice was totally amazing!

We toured the city today with Bruno (a life long Venezia Resident)

Of course I had to plank on a Gondola ;-)

We had a rainy day in Montenegro, but still very beautiful. Check out the long and winding road. WHEW! We made it in a large tour bus.

Spent time in Croatia with some new friends that we met on the ship. Robert and Janet.

4 Day Sail 2016

  

4-Day Cruise to Canada

The beautiful Port of Seattle, our stateroom and the Promenade.

 Butchart Gardens were as beautiful as ever.

 Explorer of the Seas was the first large cruise ship to port at Nanaimo. When we got to the town the people were all about giving us the best hospitality possible. We had the best Fish and Chips that we ate right on the water in the harbor. Bruce found a really great Brewery, too! DUH!!!!! Gotta find some really dark brew.

 Our dinner at Chops was superb.......we really love the filet mignon and of course, it's always cooked to perfection.

Oh my we had to sail out into the Pacific in order to use up sail time to arrive on schedule back in Seattle...

Barf Bags were available for those that felt the need during some rough seas.
Bruce took a rest on the deck as we cruised back to Seattle wearing his patches.

 Starbucks in Seattle.....a great ending to a great trip.

Fit Bodies trip to Jamaica 2016

Sunscape Resort @ Montego Bay, Jamaica

I have a great opportunity with Fit Bodies Inc. to do teaching vacations at all inclusive resorts.  This was my first go at it. So, I chose Jamaica. What a beautiful country and people.

After snorkeling, we got to watch the cliff divers and the sunset at Nigril. We had a very eventful ride back to Montego Bay. It is too long of a story to post here, so you'll have to ask either one of us about our bus ride that night.




Back at the resort  and another gorgeous day in-between classes.










In the evening we got to have a great sing-along with a fabulous musician, he is 84 years young and totally amazing.



All of my classes were great.
We met people from all over the world.

to take us to Dunn's River Falls.
We stopped along the way:
got water shoes,
took a photo with a real "Rasta Man"
and of course ordered "Jerk Chicken" to go.

"Future WalMart" was on the sign.....;-)
